Genetics and breeding of fruit trees.
Application of molecular methods (PCR, restriction analysis, identification of allelic polymorphism, cloning, sequencing) in the study of genes responsible for biochemical and physiological processes involved in the determination of important phenotypic traits of fruit trees.
Application of functional DNA markers in the selection of parental varieties and selection of seedlings.
Genetic resources of fruit trees.
Biological-pomological evaluation of fruit tree genotypes.
