Usluge
Analysis of plant material of fruit trees, grapevines for the presence of phytopathogenic viruses, viroids, phytoplasmas and fungi. Detection and characterization of pathogens is carried out using serological (ELISA) and molecular methods (RT-PCR, IC-RT-PCR, PCR, nested-PCR and Real-time PCR). Identification of fungi is carried out using the method of isolation and identification using conventional methods, as well as using molecular methods. Analyses in the certification process of fruit tree planting material, and for the needs of border and internal phytosanitary inspection
