Scientific research activities

  1. Investigation of biochemical and technological characteristics of fruits of different fruit tree species;
  2. Testing suitability of cultivars and promising hybrids of different fruit species for different technological methods of processing;
  3. Study on the drying kinetics of plum;
  4. Determining the effect of technological factors on chemical composition, bioactive components and sensory characteristics of dried fruit;
  5. Investigation of the effect on the yield of fruit characteristics, health value and quality of fruit brandies;
  6. Study of the influence of different technological operations on the chemical composition and sensory characteristics of fruit brandies.
